The Backstory
Born in a small coastal village in the Caribbean, Nikola grew up listening to sailors' tales of adventure and treasure. His parents were merchants who traveled frequently, exposing him to different cultures and sparking his love of exploration. After losing his father during a trading expedition, Nikola was raised by his mother and a group of local sailors who taught him navigation, sailing, and storytelling. He learned to be resourceful, brave, and kind from their examples.
