The Lost Star-Sheep of Dreamy Meadows

Cosy-mo walked through Dreamy Meadows at dusk. The bioluminescent flowers glowed all around—pink! Blue! Purple! Their sage green skin shimmered softly in the flower-light.

"What a beautiful evening," Cosy-mo hummed gently.

Then—a sound! "Baaa-aaa-aaa!"

Cosy-mo stopped. Their lavender eyes twinkled with concern. The cry came again, sadder this time. "Baaa-aaa!"

Cosy-mo moved slowly through the glowing flowers. There! Behind a patch of golden blooms sat a small star-sheep. Her cream-colored fleece sparkled with tiny stars. Her golden eyes were filled with tears.

"Hello, little one," Cosy-mo said in soft, melodic tones. "Are you lost?"

The star-sheep trembled. "Baaa! Can't find home! Too many flowers! All looks same!"

Cosy-mo knelt down gently, their quilted sleep suit rustling. They reached out a patient hand.

But whoooosh! A wind blew through the meadows! The flowers shifted and swayed! The paths changed! Now even Cosy-mo couldn't see which way they'd come from!
